FOR THE MAN WHO’S SICK OF YOYOING WITH HIS PHYSICAL AND MENTAL FITNESS AND JUST WANTS TO CREATE LONG-TERM HEALTH AND CONFIDENCE!

80% of men who lose weight and get fit put it all back on again within 12 months.
Find out how the other 20% did it!

Brendan is one of those dads who had a promising future in sports as a young man, but life and family took over as they tend to do, and he lost himself in the process. If you’re going to take care of everyone else you need to take care of yourself first. Today he’s a better example for his sons inside and out.

Meet Unbreakable Brendan

Paul had moved his family up from Tasmania so his wife could be closer to her sister. He was unhappy about the state he had allowed himself to get to, but had been failing to change on his own. 18 months later and he’s changed his body dramatically, but more importantly he loves the gym, and has a network of motivated dads around him!

Meet Unbreakable Paul

Before he started UBM, Sascha was genuinely afraid, due to a family history of heart attacks, that he would drop dead mowing the lawn one day and he wouldn’t be found until it was too late… (his actual words).

Sascha was part of our very first group over 3 years ago, and not only lost 8kg in his first 28 days, but continued to drop the weight after that shedding a total of 26kg (and gaining a whole lot of muscle).

Meet Unbreakable Sascha

Prior to starting UBM, I was experiencing a gradual decline in physical health with a corresponding increase in my waist size. The things that were holding me back were thinking I didn’t have the time, an old knee injury, and not knowing someone else to exercise with. After having the link sent to me by my wife and watching/reading the page, I joined straight away. It was an easy decision: right time, place, and group. The first sessions were physically hard, but encouraging. Everyone starts out roughly in the same place. So they know what you are going through, and the whole team rallies behind you when you need it. Today I’m about as fit as I have been since leaving uni. It’s been amazing getting back outdoors again and becoming more adventurous and active in my life, just like when I was younger! It’s not just the physical benefits, though, it’s also the mental. The coaching, conversations, and the epic Unbreakable Man Retreat have all given me the tools and confidence to make life-long changes for my mental and physical health. Because of this I’m much more active with my kids these days, and with them seeing my physical improvement, they in turn are becoming more physically active as well. I definitely recommend giving it a go. You are not alone. All of us have started this journey and are here to support you to be a better version of you.

Before I joined UBM I’d convinced myself I was ok. 30kg overweight, but generally ok, married, 3 children, own business, nice house, lots of stuff. In reality, I was desperately unhappy with the way I looked. My relationship with my wife was rocky; I was always cranky with my kids. My self-confidence was through the floor and I was using food and alcohol as a crutch. All of this contributed to depression which needed to be medicated. I was trapped living a life trying to please everyone else and had stopped looking after my own physical and mental well-being. I also didn’t know what to do about it. I spent all my time ignoring it and denying anything was wrong. What was it like initially starting your journey? It wasn’t an easy decision to commit to changing, and I remember being very nervous before my first UBM session, but also a little bit excited because I knew losing weight would make me feel better. Today I’m the fittest I’ve ever been, and I’ve had so many cool new experiences along the way. The group has helped me bring adventure back into my life with all of our team challenges and the awesome Unbreakable Man Retreat! My relationship with my kids is the best it’s ever been; now, I actually feel like a positive role model for them. Overall I am exponentially happy and positive about the future. To anyone thinking of giving it a go, I would say: You only have one life; make it the best one you can. Do it for yourself, and the people around you will reap the benefits too.

FAQ’s

Q: I don’t know if I can afford it.
A: Brother there’s only one man on this planet that can convince you that starting your journey towards lasting success in the areas of physical and mental health, and self confidence is worth $198, and that’s you.
Consider the costs associated with poor health. Frequent trips to the doctors, ongoing/future medical costs, increased rates for health insurance, and a reduced capacity to produce quality work in your job or business.
These are just the monetary costs. What about the cost of this on your quality of life?
You will have less energy for your kids, partner, and friends. You may also be experiencing a reduced libido and a lack of intimacy in your relationship. And then there’s the simple fact that you’re going to be less physically capable of getting out and doing the things you used to love doing.
Even if you’re not feeling the effects of these costs yet, DO NOT WAIT UNTIL YOU ARE BEFORE YOU DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!
Q: Do I need to be a certain fitness level?
A: This program is designed to help men of all fitness levels, ages, and stages in life start their journey towards becoming the fit, strong, and confident man they can be so they can create the experience of life they want.
Q: What if I have a pre-existing injury/condition?
A: Most pre-existing injuries/conditions can be catered for. I have 2 men in my team who have Parkinson’s disease. I’ve been able to train men who have come to me with back injuries, knee injuries, shoulder injuries you name it.
In cases like these we simple need to create a custom plan on what exercises we can use to help you, and which ones (if any) we need to avoid. If you have a physio or health professional you work closely with to manage your condition then I will gladly collaborate with them to help you produce the best outcome despite your circumstances.
Q: What’s the atmosphere going to be like?
A: You’re going to be spending time with, and getting to know, other guys who want the same thing out of their life that you do; to build the physical and mental fitness they need to create the long term experience of life they want.
As I spoke about in the video above, who you choose to spend your time with has a massive impact on the kind of person you become and the results you get!
The beauty of joining this group is you don’t have to search high and low for like-minded local men who are also committed to getting in great shape, because the team has already been built for you, and you get to become a part of it.
Q: What kind of exercise do you guys do?
A: I believe great all round mental and physical fitness requires a varied approach.
The program includes every thing from technique based weight lifting, and circuit based cardio classes, to boxing.
But not just that we also venture out of the gym on Saturday mornings to run around in the park or on the beach, where we like to have a good laugh playing ultimate Frisbee and other games.
If it’s not fun then it won’t stick!
Q: Do I need to be a member of Snap Fitness Pacific Pines to join the 28 Day Challenge?
A: No, you will only need to sign a waiver to come and join us at the gym for the 28 Day Challenge. There are no contracts, the 28 Day Challenge is a one time cost, and you will not have to deal with trying to cancel a membership if you decide not to continue after the 28 Days.
Q: I won’t know anyone else there…
A: This is also an amazing thing. This is a big part of the change I would like to help you make in your life. Imagine how different your life would be if you had the ability and the confidence to meet new and like minded people. Imagine the connections you could make, imagine the experiences you would have if you had like-minded and active mates to hangout with!
Being able to communicate and create meaningful connections with other human beings is, in my opinion, the most powerful skill we can learn. The quality of our relationships directly effects the quality of our lives.
Q: What happens after the 28 Days?
A: Great! I’m glad you’re thinking long term, because no matter what you decide to do after the challenge YOU WILL NEED TO DO SOMETHING!
After the 28 Days you and I will sit down together to discuss your results, what your next long term goal is, and what you feel you need in order to accomplish it.
If I think I can help you (And there’s a very good chance I will be able to!) then I will invite you to join my team for a further 12 weeks to ensure that you hit the next milestone in your progress towards excellent physical and mental health.
